Win iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB + Club Credits

1. Organizer

This promotional giveaway is organized by Respawn Arena & Lounge, Limassol, Cyprus.

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway runs from [Start Date] until March 31, 2026 at 23:59 (Cyprus time). Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 12 years and older.
  • Participants must have an active Respawn Arena & Lounge club account registered in their own name.
  • Participants under 18 years old may enter; however, if selected as the winner of the iPhone, they must provide written parental or legal guardian consent to claim the physical prize.
  • If the iPhone winner is under 18, the device will be handed over to a parent or legal guardian.
  • Employees of Respawn Arena & Lounge are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

To receive a valid entry, participants must complete ALL of the following:

  1. Have an active club account at Respawn Arena & Lounge.
  2. Bring a friend to the club during the promotion period.
  3. The referred friend must personally visit the club and create a new club account during the promotion period.
  4. Complete a minimum balance top-up of €20 on their own club account during the promotion period.
  5. Follow the official Instagram account: @respawn.cy

Each €20 top-up equals one (1) entry (ticket) into the prize draw. Multiple entries are allowed. Every additional €20 top-up counts as an additional ticket.

Balance top-ups are exclusively for in-club gaming services and are not considered payment for participation in the giveaway.

5. Referral Rules

  • The referred friend must create a new club account in person.
  • Existing account holders cannot be counted as “new friends.”
  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent registrations are strictly prohibited.
  • The organizer reserves the right to verify account activity and disqualify any participant who violates these rules.

6. Prizes

A total of 16 prizes will be awarded:

  • 🎁 1 × iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB
  • 💳 1 × €200 club account balance credit
  • 💳 4 × €50 club account balance credits
  • 💳 10 × €20 club account balance credits

Club balance prizes:

  • Will be credited directly to the winner’s Respawn club account.
  • Are non-transferable.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

The iPhone prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Device color may vary depending on availability.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected randomly using a digital random selection system.

Each valid entry (ticket) represents one separate and independent chance to win. Participants may accumulate multiple entries.

A participant may win more than one prize if multiple of their tickets are selected during the draw.

The draw will take place within 5 days after March 31, 2026 and may be conducted live on Instagram for transparency.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on official Respawn social media pages.

Winners must respond within 7 days of announcement.

If a winner fails to respond within 7 days, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Responsible Participation

Respawn Arena & Lounge promotes responsible gaming. Participation requires a voluntary balance top-up that can be fully used for gaming services at the club.

Parents or guardians are welcome to contact Respawn Arena & Lounge for clarification regarding this promotion.

10. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed solely for administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

For participants under 18, prize-related personal data will only be processed with parental or legal guardian consent.
